I suspect this is downloading from my OneDrive - and that should be fine. But, what is "DB install scanner?" And, how can I get more information on what exactly is getting downloaded and why? EDIT: it seems this is related to an application called Acronis True Image 2019. The link below references db_scan.exe and a possible resolution.
There is no such thing as an "image" PDF. A PDF is PDF. An image file can be converted to PDF, but then it's no longer an image file. Windows Fax and Scan can only produce image files--TIF, JPG, PNG and BMP.
