I think going for 99 mage is a better use of gp. The cape switches should be enough for most people. You could even get more out of the cape by building one of the cheaper altars for switching back to standard.
I just upgraded my lunar altar to an occult altar but now my altar only has standard, ancient and arceuus as my spellbook options there is no lunar option!! What did I do wrong and can I fix it without having to buy a new Pharoes scepter and restart from scratch.
