Something has to change! It is absolutely ridiculous that Northern Brewer has the only retail stores that I am aware of that you cannot call and speak to someone during standard business hours! If the support specific phone was hard or too expensive to maintain then publish the local stores phone numbers!

The base is a 1.058ish OG with Pilsner Malt (NY Excelsior) and .5 lb acid malt mashed at around 148F. Being true to the methods for Brut IPA I will do no bitter addition. I’m going to do a 5 min addition of .5oz Amarillo and a 2oz Amarillo whirlpool addition for 20 mins at 170F. Then some dry hopping to be determined.

Hello how does one find out the final gravity for these recipe’s from morebeer, Northern brewer, etc ?
A while back I remember that NB used to list their ingredients for their all grain version of kit beers. When did this stop? anyone know? any way to get these recipes, or does NB now not want folks to know their recipes? Thanks.
