The FindMy app doesn’t automatically sync after you update to iOS 15. Although the app loads and seems to work fine the “live” feature doesn’t automatically go active. in order to get this working you manually have to REMOVE all your contacts from the map. This said, it looks like someone knew or guess your Apple ID and password. Changing the password was the right decision. View in context.
