    Levels is the amp in the ADC. Right click on the level "%" will give you the option to display db levels instead of 0-100. The default setting for Realtek is usually 20 db mic boost and 0 db level. Start with that setting first. You may want to go 20 db in the mic pre and additional db in the ADC.
