  8. 1) Go to Notifications --> Phone and turn OFF the Badge icon. 2) Verify that your voicemail is working by sending yourself a message from another phone and then deleting it. ( I skipped. this step and the process still worked) 3) Go back to Notifications--> Phone and turn the Badge icon back on.

  9. If it was just 'removed' (different than deleting) than you just need to move it back out from the App Library. From your Home Screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library. Swipe downward and you'll get an alphabetical list of your apps. Locate the app in the list or type the app name into the search field.

  10. It will, unfortunately, get rid of all of your custom folders. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. Best of luck. It's not possible to delete the phone app. So, before you go restoring your phone from a back up, look in all of the folders on all of the pages. If you still can't find it, you can reset your home screen layout.

Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
