Finish the bachelors and get into pharma sales. 100k+ and the majority of your life are on the expense account. Need to learn when you are better than the industry.
So for example you make 2700 pts, and then an additional 1300 pts. You would make $2000 base salary + $1300 bonus=$3300 total. They said if you're a Rockstar you can make $6-$7k a month. Honestly car salesmen love to bitch about their jobs. Most people love to bitch about their jobs, and any salesman is going to dramatize his life to 1. elicit pity or 2. impress people by proving how "hard" they are. It's honestly not that bad. You need to walk up to a manager and start talking to him. Not really sure what to tell ya, it’s not hard to get a car sales job. You gotta pitch em on yourself. Especially someone like you, it should be easy to get the job . Just keep applying . You seem well versed in communication and life experience in general.
Car sales I think is better then car insurance because you are often selling something somebody wants, something physical. However one beatiful thing about insurance is you get residuals. My friends mom did insurance, she said the first 5 years really sucked. But then the last 20 years was pretty good.
Car Salesmen for GM. 10 Months Experience Came from admin for Bank of Montreal I sell new cars, I wouldn't recommend it for everyone. Since I started working I've seen new people come and go like a revolving door. Car sales especially has the highest rate of turnover. I get a salary that is minimum wage. And make commission ontop of it.
