I have however, seen a few Coopers with thier 1/4" guarantee, shoot like total garbage. I know there are some really good shooting Coopers out there, but ...
If you want suprising performance from a hunting rimfire go the "BRUNO" CZ 452. PS: I have heard that the Kimber's are **** fine too - sure look pretty and read nice. SAKO are about to release a new Varmint .22 version of their failing Quad. SAKO's are **** excellent rifles and I wouldn't trade my L461 .222 SAKO for anything. Worth a look.
I don't know if .22 WMR uses lube, but expect to shoot 1 bullet for every inch of barrel length to season the gun to the current brand of ammo you're shooting. Be prepared to spend a lot of money in your quest for the "most accurate" cartridge".

CZ is an arms company in Brno, Czech Republic. The arsenal end of the company made the famed VZ-24 Mausers and the VZ-33 as well as many other military and police weapons AND some sporting arms. "Brno M21 rifles" are CZ made in Brno. Some Model 452 are marked Brno with a cicled Z trade mark.
Splitting a 22 rimfire bullet on an axe. Been an interesting thread, thought I'd post up a lil video of the target I used at my Sept Longrange RImfire match. We've been running these here in East Ohio this summer from 25 yards out thru 197 yards at some really small and interesting shaped/sized steel plate racks.
I have a Kimber of Oregon Custom Classic 84 in 223. It is almost too pretty to. take outside, bright blue metal and it has the most beautiful wood of any rifle I. have owned. With the right load it will stack rounds at 50 yards, the only. distance I have been able to shoot at lately.
This little bolt action 22 with the european stock and a 25.5 inch barrel is almost as accurate as the old Winchester 52 target gun in an easy to carry field package. With a trigger that breaks at 1.5 pounds thanks to Eric Brooks 15 buck trigger kit and a Weaver 2.5 to 10 Classic scope it's probably the best 22 I've ever owned and being a bolt ...
In my CZ 452 I have found CCI Mini-mags to be quite accurate, and Wolf Match Target particularly so at 50 yards. However, every gun is a little different even from the same manufacturer. You already have several kinds of ammo. Try them all in your CZ.
Looks like a winner Bigbore. I haven't any experience with A&B 10-22 barrels, but I have 416 Taylor and 338-06 barrels on M98 & VZ-24's that are accurate and I'm very happy with them. Good value on these barrels, IMO.
