Your location is often tracked or given away by " cookies" on your device and the ISP you use, hence you get local adverts cone up.

S4C provides English commentary for selected matches via the red button. This Sunday for instance, the listings for Rugby at 12:50 and Football at 14:35 both state "English sound-track available via the red button on Sky, Freeview or Virgin Media". There doesn't appear to be a way to watch with English commentary via iPlayer however.
Current audio bitrates for BBC iPlayer TV is: 96kbps AAC 2.0 for 540p25. 720p50 & 1080p50 is 128kbps AAC 2.0 (There is no 25p streams for 720p or 1080p) 2160p25/50 is 192kbps AAC 2.0. The audio quality is shite, flat and lifeless. The excuse from BBC regarding incompatibility is comical.
