    What CarMAx I had was a VERBAL contract which is binding in California as if it were in paper format. Well, they broke that contract twice. Now, for the coup-degras, CarMax says they have been paid and sent me my title and registration and license plates and I STILL have the $40,585.69.

    My wife bought a 2019 Chevy equinox premier AWD with 15000 miles from CarMax. Loves it but it's making frequent knock sound, sometime seems middle, sometimes under drivers seat, a couple times seem more behind. We have until Tuesday to take it back.
