Bladen Lakes State Forest (BLSF) is a North Carolina state forest near Elizabethtown, North Carolina, US. It is managed by the North Carolina Forest Service. Covering about 33,450 acres (13,540 ha), it is the largest state owned forest in North Carolina. Bladen Lakes comprises three parcels of land and has a total of eight compartments.
As the name suggests, it is a park for boaters, with nine connecting lakes, and eleven lakes total. The lakes are kettle lakes, formed by receding ice sheets of the Pleistocene Epoch, which also made the steeply rolling hills and bogs of the park. Bowen Lake is the deepest at 65 feet (20 m), and Dock Lake is the shallowest at 20 feet (6 m) deep.
