  2. Tracking Added Sugar vs Natural Sugar on MFP - MyFitnessPal

    community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10020350/tracking...

November 2014. sugar is sugar, there is no need to track them separately...your body doesn't treat naturally occurring sugars any differently than added sugars....and sugar is not a macro. Unless you have some compelling reason to do so, track your actual macros and stop micro-managing your micros. misswhitney1 Posts: 72 Member.

  5. How do I add steps manually please? — MyFitnessPal.com

    community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10641713/how-do-i...

You can add in your stats any number of manually created field names - call one of them Steps and add them for prior day if MFP is giving you a nicer history for tracking. If you mean you think steps automatically means a calorie adjustment - it doesn't. That's another figure brought over. janegeer95 Posts: 7 Member.

  6. Food Scales that work with My Fitness Pal? — MyFitnessPal.com

    community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10844375/food...

You find the item in the app database whose weight is going to be received and tap on it. You weigh the item, perhaps tap a send button if really done, how would the scale know otherwise. The scale sends the weight either to it's app & account, and account syncs to MFP account & back to app, and updates the weight of the item being eaten.

SusanMFindlay wrote: ». IMO, the easiest way to estimate your activity level is to find a cheap pedometer and wear it for a week or two, recording your total number of steps every day. "Sedentary" is less than 4,000 steps/day. "Lightly active" is about 4,000-10,000 steps/day. "Active" is about 10,000-16,000 steps/day.

September 2015. I am double tracking too. Womp Womp. I like myfitness pal because the data base of food is bigger. I typically track everything in myfitnesspal and use the calorie count to track in weight watchers. I just track in WW for accountability purposes. sherrimags Posts: 1 Member.
