Once all family members have their own accounts, you can then invite each member to your Premium for Family plan by following these steps: Go to your account page. Click Premium for Family in the menu on the left. Click SEND INVITE. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click SEND INVITE.

You can "cancel" your membership via the cancellation process for a paid subscription with the difference, that the cancellation of your membership in a Premium Family plan has an instantaneous effect.
