I joined Spotify premium back in like 2017, and switched to the student plan, with Hulu, from 2018-2022 when I was in college. I never had an issue with my Hulu subscription, even after the student plan ended. I am aware that the plans are different now. I recently got accepted into grad school, so I switched back to my student account, with Hulu.

If that still doesn't work, perhaps you have a plan that isn't compatible with a direct switch to Student. In my case Premium Student changed to regular Premium after 5 months and afterwards the spotify charged me double price for 4 months without any notification or allowance to the subscription changes. All this happened within 2022. I have changed my subscription to student again now but still in the subscription shows ...

Visitor. 24 days ago. I am trying to switch to a student from an individual, but it is not letting me. I saw in a previous post you should cancel your current plan before subscribing to a new one. I did. However, whenever I click the student plan option button, the page redirects me back to the account home page.
