If you want you can just get it shipped from apple. Use the education store and you get the same price as the uic bookstore. Also I suggest adding ram. The MacBook rams are soldered on so you can't upgrade in the future. if youre in the/can get to the west suburbs, microcenter is also a pretty good choice.
Last Friday I ordered 2 books from the UIC Bookstore and chose the option for curbside pickup. I graduated from UIC almost three years ago and currently volunteer at a research lab in the university. I’m trying to get a job because I need to make some money and I was wondering if I would still get a chance to work at the UIC bookstore located at Halsted even if I already graduated as long as I’m still affiliated with UIC.
