Kitchen and Family Hub. I have a Bespoke fridge that stopped making ice and water, purchased August 31 2022. Samsung customers support is refusing to honor the warranty unless i provide the original purchase receipt, despite providing the serial number. This is horrible customer service. Last time I buy samsung unless they honor this warranty.

Initially contacted via chat about ice maker freezing. 6/13-- ticket number <HIDDEN> - repair done on 6/17. replaced two sections from ice maker and the motherboard control panel on back of refrigerator.
The refrigerator compartment defrost wire uses a steady 108± watts. The freezer defrost often starts a cycle, showing a spike to about 480 watts (108 watts of that for fridge). I think the refrigerator defrost starts at the same time as the freezer. Sometimes the refrigerator has its own defrost cycle without another freezer cycle.

I gave up on having ice maker as I didn’t want to pay for a third repair. ,Additionally there are 2 other issues. 1) the side by side door flapper is broken. 2) I get water leaking from somewhere and the bottom of the refrigerator under the slide out draw is constantly filling with water.sometimes it freezes and sometimes it doesn’t.
