Choi served as the host of the Hot Ones spinoff Heat Eaters. In April 2024, she began co-hosting Food Network series Last Chef Standing.
Choi's company, Kogi, was founded in 2008 with partners Mark Manguera and his wife, Caroline Shin-Manguera.
