Run game in lowest possible settings. Set Xbox services to automatic. I honestly think this the game or PC Game Pass optimization issue, because I have ran far more graphically-intensive games on Steam with 0 issues. And as mentioned, I have played games like Psychonauts 2 on PC Game Pass with 0 issues as well.
