Hello. always make sure to back-up your game file's before modifying it. Remove " Silent Patch " and see if it works again. You can also change to key from the .cleo file maybe the key combo is wrong or missing. You can change the activation key if the file is not (locked) open it with " Sanny Builder 3 " and re-compile the file.

Posted January 24, 2015 (edited) Install the cheat menu properly don't forget to put the cheat's.fxt file in ur sanandreas cleo directory here - Gta Sanandreas\cleo\cleo_text. and put the cheat cleo file in here - Gta Sanandreas\cleo , then start the game again , if doesn't work then check ur font.txd in the models folder i hope this will help ...
