Rep Power: 302. A woman with the upper body of a figure or fitness competitor and the lower body of a female bodybuilder would probably be the highest amount of mass I can still find attractive. The bigger lower body gives a woman more of a feminine look. A big upper body is what makes them look masculine.

I've always assumed ALL female bodybuilders had an extremely high degree of muscle mass, which is why I preferred the look of figure competitors. I felt figure competitors had muscular definition, without losing femininity.

Lightweight (maybe middleweight when I trim down). Not sure my strongest lifts but I workout with over 225 on legs, 160 on deads, 115 incline bench. No belts no wraps no straps no hooks. But I like to have the best of both worlds and have a nice body that can kick some @$$.

Also, pear shaped women who want to compete work on building up their upper bodies (delts, lats, traps) to get themselves a more balanced look.
