The eTRAKiT Portal is now available. The Building Safety Division uses the eTRAKiT Inspection Request Portal to schedule structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and final inspections. An eTRAKiT training guide (PDF) is available as well.

City of Denton eTRAKiT Portal provides online access to building, wireless, and right-of-way permits and development projects. Residents, Architects, and Engineers can create a Public account to apply for permits and projects, schedule inspections and review historical permit data.
1. Please upload the required submittal documents: a government-issued photo ID, specialty license, liability insurance, and list of authorized personnel (if applicable). Due to a temporary system issue, files cannot be attached to new AEC applications.
