In fact, everything was unlinked. I looked at my stats with a stat tracker and found someone playing on my account recently. Talked to epic about being hacked and they responded quite fast, around 20 minutes later they sent me an email to confirm I was the original owner of the account.
Both help@support.epicgames.com and contact@support.epicgames.com give bounce back failures, live chat says those are on my end. Yeah, they literally said Yahoo, Gmail and my employer all have email issues, that result in epic games being the only person I can't email. I cannot with these people and just need to reach someone.
