    Last year, NJ gave me an Accepted status about 50 hours after filing initially. I just called TurboTax support and they told me there is no indication in the system that there is an issue, so the delay is most likely on the NJ side of things. I will attempt to contact NJ to try and verify that they have received the return.

    You will enter any taxable amount of those prior year recoveries as a "State/Local Tax Refund". In "Wages & income" navigate to "Other common Income" and "Start/Revisit" the "Refunds from State/Local returns" topic. You will enter year's refund separately. The status for IRS and NY are Accepted. The state of NJ already deducted the money (taxes) I owe from my bank account.
