Somebody please explain how home prices have gone up 9-15% over the past two years in the Tampa area, yet each of the past two years BAH has gone down? If I were pcsing here this year instead of last I wouldn't be able to afford the house or neighborhood in which I currently reside. I know my BAH isn't going down, but it's still bullshit.
