Just across the road, my friend has GA Power. GA power has better rates in the first place. Secondly, they have great rebates for going green. My friend and I bought a Nissan Leaf (an all electric vehicle). He gets 50% off on night rates so he charges his car then. I called Cobb EMC. They call it "time of use" billing.

What is a good credit score, your definition and Ga powers might be different. I never had one with them, but my credit score is high 700's. Ga power is actually a decent company, my power bill with Cobb Emc is higher than when I was with GA power as GA power has tiered usage rates based on different times of day and demand, while Cobb Emc doesnt.
