NC REALTORS® is a non-profit trade association with a growing membership of 57,000 real estate professionals representing 45 local associations statewide. NC REALTORS® is one of the largest and most influential state associations in North Carolina.
There are 44 local boards within the state. While the local boards operate independently of NC REALTORS®, we are proud and appreciative of our relationship with them in advancing the REALTOR® cause.
The North Carolina Real Estate Commission ("Commission") is an independent state governmental agency. It should not be confused with the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (or its local Boards) which is a trade organization whose members are known as "REALTORS®".
