  4. TEAS vs Kaplan Entrance Exam - Pre-Nursing Students - allnurses

    allnurses.com/teas-vs-kaplan-entrance-exam-t529788

On the teas, I was told that it was above average and I was accepted into that program as well. I felt both tests were similar, but the kaplan seemed more specific. There were more A&P questions on my Kaplan and more physical science questions on my TEAS. The math portion on the teas was harder than kaplan, but a calc was not allowed.

They have tons of questions in the Qbank (1800). And trainer tests that simulate NCLEX. The questions are more like the NCLEX than UWorld but they questions are still harder than NCLEX. The rationales are basic at best. Overall Kaplan is my choice for questions and practice because of its NCLEX like questions.

Feb 18, 2005. Kaplan is great. I also did the complete online one for $450 and I took the NCLEX today and am GLAD I took that class. (test was still very hard, but i felt much more comfortable than i would have otherwise) It teaches strategy and goes over the most commonly tested nursing content on the NCLEX.

  10. Kaplan Vs. ExamFx Vs. AD Banker? - Insurance Forums

    www.insurance-forums.com/community/threads/kaplan-vs-examfx-vs-ad-banker.84967

I know that Kaplan is very thorough, I think my main question/concern with Kaplan is that it is too thorough. That might sound like I'm making a joke, but I think there is TMI in the Kaplan approach. AD Banker is 223 pages, Kaplan is 557. and I have yet to find info that is in Kaplan and not in AD. Kaplan seems to be overkill. It is worth ...

This makes me a little weary of ATI, although their predictor tests are 180 questions, on the other focused content exams, I seemed to do pretty variably on.... Medical surgical - 76.
