As for the speed tests built into the Ranger's firmware, if you are using the current firmware (7.1.0b11) it actually incorporates the Ookla speed test logic so the results should be the same as what you get from SpeedTest.net. They do, indeed, involve the use of an external server.

Location: Palmdale, CA. Posts: 8. Water Pump keep cycling every 10-15 seconds. Thanks to all the answers I've received here, I managed to methodically troubleshoot the issue and eventually pin it down to the valve that controls shore water/water pump system not being 100% shut down, now even in the completely off position I still get a cycling ...

Location: Greensboro, NC. Posts: 2,962. Your hitch is rated for 5K. So you should be good to go from that stand point for flat towing. I have towed a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 (about 4.5k) on a 5k hitch many miles without incident. Of course inspecting any hitch and adding additional bracing is a a good idea.

This brand new pump above in this thread gave us a F-05 code a few days ago, so I then stripped her down I see that the waste water migrates into the motor housing because of I think whatever the bearing is made of in the plate breaks up.

  10. Sprinter 3500HD chassis vs. 4500 chassis - iRV2 Forums

    www.irv2.com/forums/f280/sprinter-3500hd-chassis-vs-4500-chassis-655839.html

The 4500 had stronger axels to handle the heavier OCCC, GAWR-F/GAWR-R 4630/7934 while the 3500 had 4081/7721. That also enabled the higher GVWR of 12125 in the 4500 vs. 11030 in the 3500HD. But, that comes at a cost as towing capacity is GCWR minus GVWR, 4220 for the 3500HD and a huge drop to 3125 for the 4500 chassis.
