For example AVAST Free and Kaspersky Security Cloud Free consume a total RAM of about 80/90 MB, while Bitdefender Free also reaches 250 / 300MB. In my opinion they could improve it in terms of RAM usage and malware removal speed, as even in the cleaning of malware that it finds in real time it is a bit slow. Nunzio ·.
To add to @Nunzio77, the Bitdefender App, whether free or paid, will only scan for 3rd party apps installed on the mobile device or if you download any .apk extension file on your mobile device from the internet. It will not scan the system files of the Android operating system because even if it finds malware in the Android operating system ...

I installed Bitdefender Yesterday and It worked Very well. But when I open windows security it shows that Bitdefender is out of date. when I clicked install Update nothing happens... and I checked Bitdefender and there are no updates. This is a known issue and many users are reporting the same. Please drop a mail to bitsy@bitdefender.com describing the issue. If more people report this, there are chances to quickly release a fix. Bitdefender team will surely release a patch for this via a product update. If you find my response helpful, please mark it as accepted/ agree.
When I click on the red bitdefender icon, or right click on the icon and select Open, this pops up: "Communication with bitdefender Security Service failed to be initiated. To retry connection, please click the button below." I can not find a phone number or email address for bitdefender and have found no way to open a chat. Please help!
