Here's some more details: I made two transfers that day to the same Friends and Family person. - The first, for $25 that went through no problem. - The second for $1100+ that was in pending. Looking at my bank account, the withdrawal for $25 shows INST XFER. The one for $1100+ shows ECHECK.

You won’t be charged a PayPal fee for receiving friends and family payments. Just click the transaction to see if there’s a fee or not. Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂.
