If it's a 12 passenger (the regular length) and not the 15 passenger (the church bus), ask if they have a Nissan NV in stock. They're hard to find as the passenger version just came out, but a local Hertz here had one sitting out recently. The Nissan full-size van is much more roadworthy than the Ford, especially at speed, I've rented both.

In regards to the tax bill, the value of an "antique" vehicle can be assessed at no more than $500 for tax purposes. If you have the classic vehicle plate this is automatic.
