Re: BT 'yahoo' mail issue. As per @chrisjp post I would suggest that you first try clearing your browser's history and cookies. TRY THIS FIX ¦ New Email Format. It appears that I've managed to get 'double-click / new-window' functioning, as follows:-. 1. Highlight the required email, and rapidly click on it, until the new window opens. (RAPID CLICKING, OPENS THE NEW WINDOW).

DownDetector is alive with errors. I have been trying to log in to all 6 of my email accounts and have had the same response as above. My experience with BT has been worsening over the last year, and Iwill move to Sky or Trooli within the next month or so. BT have some good ideas, but are very poor at implementing them?

Standard Mail for BT broadband customers only. £7.50/m Premium Mail, exactly the same as Standard Mail but for non BT broadband customers. Free Basic Mail for non BT broadband customers only accessible via webmail not via apps or mail clients.
