ADMIN MOD. I will give an honest review on my experience with Spark Driver. In contrast to other delivery apps, I say don't bother signing up for this slave wage. My very first order was a shopping order and it paid $30+ it was worth my time and effort- all was good. The second offer was 2 drop-off orders for $17.00.
By comparison, if I take a 2 hour flex order, my worst would've been done in 2 1/2 hours with $48 in pay, 55 miles traveled, $16 for 2 1/2 hours, $6.4 per hour. I usually finish 2 hour orders in 2 hours, meaning back home by 2 hours. 2. DeerParkVegan. • 2 yr. ago.
These are “unicorns” that have a messed up address. Spark does not expect you to drive 1k miles for $80. And they usually pay the full amount. The big batches of 5-10 orders are what we call “dotcoms” and you’re basically just an Amazon driver for these. You will not see tips from these 99.9% of the time.
I was working self checkout yesterday and a Spark driver came through. I got the prompt to check their order. There were only three items so I had to scan them all. Once I got to the last item the app said it did not match. So the interaction went like this: Me: The app says the item doesn't match. Driver: When I scanned it, it matched.
This is what it’s all about? I finally was approved to drive for Spark after being wait listed for years and I am baffled. Everyone said the money was great but this is garage. I took my first delivery, which was two deliveries from Walmart. It was for $9.00 and I don’t remember how many miles.

I just started delivering for spark a week ago. I've done quite a few deliveries (mostly singles but a few batched orders as well). I was noticing a trend of $9.30 per single delivery (sometimes $10.30 if demand was high) and $13.95 for a batched order. All of the orders I've done have been less than 9 total miles.
ADMIN. Honest review of Spark. TL;DR just skip Spark. Now that it is owned by Walmart, it is not worth it in most areas. You will lose money. In the beginning, you could make decent money using your vehicle. The net income after taxes (30% of income) and vehicle costs (putting 100-150 miles on your car a day has consequences) for a 7 hour day ...
The rating system is horrible because after delivery it will say rate your delivery experience and they don't even know that bad rating goes to the driver based on that wording. Store staff can see the reviews. No. They claim they “can’t see the ratings”. I’m sure they can, but they tell you otherwise.
700 with about 4-5 hr a day. When it gives me good incentives all week I can make about $1000-1200 a week. On a regular week working 5 days and 6-8h a day I can make between $800-1000. I also do UE along with it and can do 1-2 orders between round robins and can make an additional $30-50 a day.
