Joined: Sep 2013. Grab a fresh copy of the latest Dolphin dev build, extract it all to a fresh new folder, and create a blank txt file named "portable.txt" in the same folder as Dolphin.exe. This will skip the Global Dolphin config and create a new fresh config locally inside that folder. If this starts, don't change any settings, just load a ...
Dolphin.exe - Entry Point Not Found (SOLVED) Greetings, all. Recently I tried to install the latest dev build of Dolphin. After I got the necessary files to run it (the .dlls) this message popped up. "The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll."
Now the game isn't showing up in my directory anymore, and when I try to add it, the file doesn't appear when I search for it (if I open my finder manually it's there, just not when Dolphin opens it to add a directory). Also, I've been playing the game that I wanted to convert for a couple days now, so running the game works fine.
The GameCube Zeldas are awesome and run perfectly. Skyward sword is pretty decent if you do a fair bit of modifying to the graphics to get rid of this really ugly acrylic effect the game has. The code execution cannot proceed because Msvcp140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Is there something else I need to install to get Dolphin to work. I appreciate the work that has gone into creating this software and would love to get it back and working.
Having familiarized myself with Dolphin's texture dumping process, I thought i'd take a crack at one of my favorites for the Wii, Punch-Out!! For the most part the game already looks fantastic in 1080p and true to the NES and SNES classics, it plays like a total dream and is a fun challenge for players who like boxing games.
Then you can (1) install the Wii menu if you have not already, (2) install a Homebrew WAD (3) put the CTGP SD card into Dolphin and launch the CTGP-R loader from Homebrew, (4) Go to File > Change Disc, (5) install CTGP-R as normal. Once you have MKWii running, create a savestate. Now stop emulation, go to config and disable cache.
