Hi @AB9222,. Are you a student or teacher? Where are you trying to upload the files to? My guess is that you may be out of available storage space, but if you give us a few more details, we can direct you to the right spot to check that out or figure out if it's something completely different.

I've already cleared my cache and cookies and verified I have no data at all but I still can't upload a profile picture (and yes, other students in the class have and can do so). It attaches and then saves indefinitely while never saving.

At work got this problem on M1212nf, which was printing blank pages. It turned out to be the toner cartridge, a notch has been broken off it on the left side, which goes in a guided slot and helps lift the chip reader to the cihp on the cartridge.
