Security Suite asking for username and password A couple of relatives with Spectrum service who use the Security Suite software (yes, I know Defender is better...) have both told me that for the last week or two Security Suite is asking for a username and password and it won't take their primary Spectrum login username and password.

Change your DNS to not use spectrum's servers, although I think spectrum might be right on this about blocking you from a potentially dodgy download site. What is the download site you're trying to get the file from? Security Shield is not showing up on the Services & Equipment tab at all.

Can’t Access ISP Router Admin or Security Suite via Spectrum Online Account? I recently did chat with Spectrum Internet and they sent an email with instructions to troubleshoot my security suite and router as I am unable to access Router Admin page and Security suite threat issues were showing in my Spectrum account attached to a device I could not identify.
Is Spectrum Security Suite any good? I just did a virus scan on a 3/4 full HDD and it only took 3:35 to complete it. The browser protection extension app is F-Secure. I don't know anything about F-Secure. It's just a rebadged F-Secure, so yes it's good.
