I need to remove the Authenticator App link from my Microsoft account. I changed my phone and I can't install my account again on the new phone (it asks me for a code in the old Auth app -the old phone is gone-). It appears to accept the finger print but doesn't unlock the app. If she chooses the option to "Enter Passcode", the keyboard never comes up.
