The BDO website tells me to activate by texting: ACTIVATE (space) first name/ middle name/ last name/ last 4 digits of the card to 225678. However, upon trying numerous arrangements of my name, I was unable to activate my credit card. Also tried calling customer service and they still redirects me to the SMS activation option.

In the new BDO Online app, just go to "Pay > Pay Bills > Pay To > BDO Credit Card Peso Payment" and then input the required details. After the payment has pushed through, click the star icon to add it to your favorites. In subsequent payments, just go to "Pay > Pay Bills > Select from Favorites."
