Hi, apparently there is no way (at least for me) to update the firmware for my A50 Gen4 through the official astro command center. I tried all the provided solutions here on this subreddit and searched the internet back and forth.

If the update hangs at 50%, it's likely the base station updated, but the headphones didn't. Even if the update is stuck, don't stress, just close the Astro Command Center App, undock the headphones, hard reset them and dock them again.

These are all with the Astro Command Center downloaded from the Microsoft Store. Stuck at 0%. How to Fix: If your update is stuck at 0%, you need to plug your base station into a USB 2.0 port. That is supposed to happen. So when you start the firmware update, we place the A50 Base Station into update mode, flash the firmware, and then restart it back and then do the same for the headset. Then, ran the program after getting update screen. Let it update til failure. Once the bootlegger screen popped up to install firmware, I hard reset the base station from PC to PS and back to PC which gave me the regular screen with the correct update button on the top left next to firmware detail box.
