   I’ve found a couple of food trailer businesses that sell 8x16 fully equipped trailers for about $25,000 plus $3,000 for shipping about 1500 miles. The companies are located in San Antonio, Texas. I’ve heard that these companies might have crappy electrical systems or use subpar materials, but I heard this from American, east coast builders.

   We bought our last trailer (not truck) from Alibaba during the middle of last year. It's 6m long, has 4 underbench fridges and 2 underbench freezers, stand up drinks fridge, 4 bay benchtop gas deepfryer, gas oven, gas hob, grill, extractor fan, twin sinks with pumps, all stainless inside.
