Yes, I always do the invincibility one in the pause menu. Press start, then Y or Triangle and enter the cheat there. Even if you goof up and it begins to switch between tabs like "Map", "Brief" and "Stats", as long as you enter the cheat correctly and then press start (nothing else), the cheats will register.
None of these cheat codes work for PS4 San Andreas Definitive edition. I have scoured the internet for hours looking for the right cheat codes and the only one that works is the big head/bobble head cheat. I've tried switching my game control mode to "classic", inputting the codes faster, slower, very intentionally...and still nothing.
I fixed it by looking up the cheat codes on google then inputing the code while switching the left trigger for the left bumper and the right trigger for the right bumper so it would be written on cheat code page as B, Y, Y, UP, B, RB, LT, UP, Y, LB, LB, LB but i did B, Y, Y, UP, B, RT, LB, UP, Y, LT, LT, LT

And from examining the game's code files, it seems very likely at least the codes for the following cheats are undiscovered: Invincibility. Give Weapons. Full Health & Armour. Fast Swim. Super Jump.

There isn't a money cheat in GTA 5, story mode or otherwise. The Lester Assassination missions is the key to easy money.
