I placed an order for switch games about 30 mins ago as well and still don’t have confirmation email or even see my order on the app in the purchases section. Higher end items usually have a longer / more through fraud prevention check. Normally no longer than a few hours, but i wouldn’t worry till after 24hrs.

That is a legit email address from Best Buy. I was curious and I used another email I have and tried a password reset. I received the same looking email from best buy with the same email address
on my email, I received this email: " We received a request to reset your password on BestBuy.com®. However, we don't have an account associated with this email address. You can try to sign in with a different emails. You can also create a new account using any email address you choose. Happy Shopping!
So on the Best Buy website it says that Best Buy will never reach out to customers to “verify” their information. Beware of e-mails and texts that have you "verify" personal information online. Most legitimate companies will never request personal information in this manner including Best Buy.
