Significantly snappier performance, HDR10+, and added benefit of Alexa equipment control. Plus, Cube 3, like Shield, also supports Dolby Vision and full HD audio passthrough. And is cheaper than Shield, whose hardware is starting to feel outdated. Vero 4K/4K+ and V are also good, but strictly for local media playback.
Howdy! I recently switched from a Roku Ultra to a Shield Pro and I am having the same issues as this older post Has anyone figured out any solutions to this? I have done lots of research and it seems like no one has received a straight answer on how to fix the stuttering issue. Thanks!

The Shield looked comparatively "digital" and noisy. Round 2: NVIDIA AI-Enhanced, Detail=Medium vs 77A80J XR. Setting detail to medium made the picture seem more organic, but looked slightly too sharp and noisy. A80J wins again. Round 3: NVIDIA AI-Enhanced, Detail=Low vs 77A80J XR.
