I'd like to join and apply for one of their credit products. Any idea which bureau they use for memebership and is it the same pull for - 6708853.
Currently as of 09/04/2020, I'm showing Alliant's High-Rate Online Savings account pays 0.65% and PenFed's Premium Online Savings account pays an even-higher 0.80%. Plus PenFed's Power Cash Rewards is (in my opinion) possibly the best overall flat-rate 2% card out there.

One step I'd like to see is if we're also getting errors while trying in a test file to connect. I'll leave steps down below on how to do so. Choose File menu > New Quicken File. Select New Quicken File. Click OK. In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save.

Call them back again, don't be afraid to be a nice-about-it PITA. It could easily be a new employee goofed and inadvertently sidetracked your application. Select New Quicken File in the window that appears. Try adding and connecting your Alliant Credit Union account (s) in this 'test' file by going to the Add Account button denoted by the '+' icon in the upper menu at the top of the screen, then enter your online banking credentials as prompted.
