Don't waste moves swapping random letters. Waffle is interesting, in that, You have all of your letters/information to solve the puzzle. All of the difficulty is Front loaded. Once you get one or two of the easier words on the waffle the rest mostly fall into place.
As for other games, one comes to mind where when they were out for the night on leave, they would take turns and pee on a girls leg while nonchalantly standing beside them and hope to not get caught.
