When I try to log in to view my ERB/SRB it says only active components can view record. Is there a fix for this?
I have been trying to get mine for a while now. The first day the G1 Gateway went down I called them. They said it was down for repairs and should be up shortly. It has been a week now. It is pretty bad since we have soldiers that are trying to get their ERBs and can't due to this. I don't really know what to do until they fix it.
ERB You don't have to be on NIPR to view it. Anyone have the link or know where, and if you have to be on the trash NIPR network?
Can anyone send me the link to access my ERB for the National Guard. The link on AKO says it is for Active Duty only and I can't find any other link.
login with your cac or however. scroll down on the left side under soldier self service. click the link under: View your *corresponding branch* (army reserve/national guard) record brief. there should be a link that says my record brief, then click view current record brief and hopefully your good.
