This solution didn't work for me but what worked is uninstalling the newest GeForce Experience program then downgrading to this version (GeForce_Experience_v3.24.0.126), after launching it you can update it UPDATE: It didn't last long for me after the update so check this comment with an alternative solution that actually worked for me
I just downloaded the game and updated the geforce drivers, did the "scan for games and apps" and space marine 2 doesn't show up. AMD - Full Install will give you all the same features as Geforce Experience, the only difference is it's built into the same software while Nvidia separates theirs into two different programs. Selecting Minimal Install will be more akin to Nvidia's Control Panel but still offers automatic updates.

For fallout 76 game pass I had to double click the shortcut, and use “alt+z” to open the GeForce experience while fallout loads, then keep it open until it loads and it should be optimized! 4.
