The device code will be on the screen of whatever device you installed the app on. If the app was installed on a Smart TV for example, it should be displaying across the screen. Check to see if the Freevee app is working properly; if you're still experiencing the screen freezing, try the following: Sign out of the Freevee app. Uninstall the Freevee app. Restart your TV. Freevee will no longer load. A few days ago, I was watching a program on freevee on my Samsung tv. When the episode finished, instead of going to next episode, it kicked me out back to menu with all the apps. Ever since then, freevee will open but programs won't load. I set up the separate app not in Prime. It doesn't work either.
