Students and parents can login at either the general login screen at login.JupiterEd.com, or the login screen specific for your school. The second one is easier because they do not need to type the school name, city, and state.
Students login to Jupiter as usual in their regular browser or mobile app. When they start the test, it automatically switches to the LockDown Browser. The pod will not open without LockDown Browser.
Students and parents may login to send messages to any staff member. There is a pop-up menu listing their own teachers, counselor, and AP, and any other school staff you want, but they can type any staff member's name.
