Though, it appears if you don't count the wooded area, my place is in direct line of sight it appears of the transmitter.

    Here is a very good point. There is a station in Altoona PA - WTAJ (1000 Kw), on the other side of the mountain 10 miles away is a transmitter for WJAC (5000 Kw). The people in Johnstown cannot watch WTAJ on UHF due to the fact that the mountain is taller then the transmitter antenna.

    Press and hold SAT until all lights illuminate. Release SAT. Press and hold INPUT for four seconds. Release INPUT, remote will beep and light up. 2+ lights illuminated indicates adequate signal. If less than two lights illuminate, relocate WJAP and Wireless Joey closer together, a HIC may be necessary.

    Yeah, the hopper 3 has 16 tuners, but you'd need joeys to access anything other than what the hopper is watching. So like you said, with only the hopper, all ten tv's would be watching the same thing at the same time. With just a few joeys though, you could back feed using rf modulators to the remaining tv's, which wouid give you more options.
